Astrid Mulder is an interdisciplinary artist working across performance, photography, video, and installation. She constructs sets and performs for the camera, creating collaged compositions that reimagine the body in space. Her work celebrates the body’s ability to reveal and question how we perceive and engage with the world. Gestures and poses become a way for her to communicate complex ideas, emotions, and narratives reflective of modern life. Her photographs and video installations are immersive, playful, and curious, inviting viewers to explore the tensions between two- and three-dimensional spaces. Her work offers a unique perspective on the evolving dynamics of human relationships within a world increasingly shaped by technology.
